Getting to Know our Children’s Ministry
Welcome to the Cowboy Way Children’s Church blog. This is my first crack at writing a blog so please feel free to give me feedback of what you like and don’t like.
Let me begin by telling you what we have to offer your child here at Cowboy Way. No matter what their age is we have a place for them. We have nursery for ages 0-2 for Sunday School all the way through the service. We then offer Sunday school for ages 3/4, 5-8, and 9-12. Our kids then go in and worship with rest of the congregation. I know many churches separate their children and they have their own worship but it has been amazing to see our kids learning how to truly worship and not being afraid to lift their hands, close their eyes and dance. After worship we dismiss and children from ages 3 to 12 go to children’s church, where we do some of our own worship, a group lesson, and then break out to age appropriate lessons that reinforce what they learned in the group lesson.
